Psychotherapeutic support

Sometimes we reach a point in life where everything feels overwhelming — inner restlessness, pressure at work, relationship difficulties, or the sense of being at the mercy of your own emotions. These phases are part of being human, but they can become deeply stressful.

In psychotherapy, you get to know yourself more deeply and gain the ability to approach future relationships with more joy and less emotional baggage. Emotional strain can also show up physically — through tension, headaches, sleep issues, or digestive discomfort.

In depth-oriented conversational psychotherapy, we explore the root causes: we look at formative experiences and work to resolve deeply rooted blocks. I offer a non-judgmental space where you can open up safely, reflect with clarity, and gradually discover new ways forward.

How We Work Together:

  • Sessions are tailored to your pace and needs

  • Psychotherapy is complemented by coaching techniques where appropriate

  • Focus is on long-term growth, emotional stability, and self-understanding

  • Confidential and safe space for reflection and healing

My stance

My calm, empathetic, and supportive manner creates a safe space where you can open up, feel at ease, and feel truly understood. For me, psychotherapy means walking alongside you on your individual path — with mindfulness, competence, and respect for your personal pace.

I work integratively, combining various therapeutic approaches to support you as effectively and personally as possible.

My work draws from depth-oriented conversational psychotherapy, Gestalt therapy, inner child work, and Marshall Rosenberg’s Nonviolent Communication.

I complement these with systemic coaching and mindfulness methods, which deepen the therapeutic process and help you integrate your insights into everyday life.

I base my work on well-established therapeutic approaches:

  • Depth-oriented psychotherapy — to resolve unconscious conflicts and recurring patterns

  • Behavioral therapy methods — to develop new ways of thinking and acting when dealing with stress and challenges

  • Systemic perspectives — to understand relationship dynamics and family influence

  • Conversational psychotherapy elements — to strengthen self-reflection, trust, and inner growth

The focus is always on one thing: you — your story, your emotions, and your desire for transformation.
