We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Notice pursuant to § 36 VSBG

We will not participate in alternative dispute resolution procedures within the meaning of § 36 VSBG. The use of an alternative arbitration body is not a mandatory prerequisite for bringing an action before competent ordinary courts.
